For artists

You may upload only music that you own or control the rights to — your own recordings, or work you’re licensed to distribute. You keep ownership of your music. By uploading, you grant OG Sound permission to stream it to listeners on the platform. It’s free, and we take 0% of any earnings.

Ownership stamping

When you upload, we create a cryptographic fingerprint of your file and record it, with a timestamp, in a tamper-proof ledger. This is proof of what was uploaded and when. It is not a copyright registration and does not replace registering your work with the relevant authority.

Takedowns & copyright

If you believe a track infringes your rights, report it. We review every report and remove infringing or rule-breaking content. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. If your track was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may appeal.

Not allowed

No music you don’t have the rights to, no illegal content, no hate or harassment, no malware, no attempts to game play counts.

Streaming

Streaming is for personal listening. Downloading, redistributing, or scraping the catalog is not permitted.
